What are mini sessions?
Mini sessions are condensed versions of the typical 60-minute full sessions. They are 15 minutes in duration. Within 1-2 weeks of your session, you will receive the 5-7 full-resolution files for you to download (see options below), with the option of purchasing more. These mini sessions are intended for individuals, couples, or small groups of immediate family (up to 5 people). They take place in only one location.
Should you like to have extended family, shots from more than one location, or a wardrobe change, then I encourage you to book a full session with me!
Session dates are listed below. If you don't see any sessions, that means that none are being offered at the present.
Mini Session Packages
The Basic Mini
This is the regular, basic session. It includes:

5 professionally edited photos for you to download in an online gallery (with the option to purchase more)

Cost: $100
The Mini Plus
If you want to take your experience to the next level, then you can upgrade your mini session. The Mini Plus session includes:

7 professionally edited photos for you to download in an online gallery (with the option to purchase more)

High resolution images

Priority editing: Ready in 1 week

A complimentary 4x6 print of each photo included in your session plus any additional photos you choose to purchase

Past Sessions
Family Day Mini Session
Cowichan Valley
When: Sunday, February 18, 2024 (if it is raining, we will reschedule for the following Sunday.)
Saanich Peninsula
When: Monday, February 19, 2024 (if it is raining, we will reschedule for Saturday.)
What to bring: 10-15 old photos of your family (e.g. when the kids were babies, photos of your grandparents or any loved ones), and 2-3 of any special memorabilia you may have (e.g. a special pillow, blanket, teddy bear... Or, if you're pregnant as Janelle is in the photo to the right, bring your ultrasound photo!)
What to wear: check out my blog post for tips & ideas about colours! However, most importantly, don't stress and choose clothes that are comfortable and represent your unique family!

Cancellation policy.
After booking your session, your session fee is due within 24 hours via e-transfer to dorotalockyer@gmail.com.
Sessions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Please ensure that you are available on the time and day that you select. If you cannot attend your session due to emergency, contact me to swap your session for a future date (subject to availability).
Due to sessions being back-to-back and the preparation required for each session, late arrivals and no-shows will lose their spot and the session fee forfeited. Please arrange to arrive at the location 5-10 minutes early.
Weather: Weather-related postponements will be decided by me the night before the photo session. If a postponement is made, a substitute date will be made available. Should you be unable to attend the new session, you may use your session fee towards a new session.
